Cindy W. Garso, P.E.

PRINCIPAL ENGINEER

One of the founders of the firm, Cindy received her degree from the University of Vermont in civil engineering with a focus in environmental practice.

Her specialties include water and waste water design, stormwater design and environmental permitting.

She enjoys strong professional relationships with State Health Department, DEC and APA staff and understands how to bring projects to completion within the framework of state regulatory guidelines.
