Malone Dam

This project involved repairs and rehabilitation to a 60-year old concrete and earthen dam at a park in Malone, NY. Work included a full inspection and report on the condition of the structure, with recommendations for improvements. Final design work included a plan, profiles, elevations, demolition plans, dewatering methods, and all applicable details and specifications, as well as a hydraulic analysis and hydraulic evaluation of the dam.

Project requirements included interaction and permitting with all applicable regulatory agencies, including the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
